The cottage

Offers a get-away-from-it-all holiday destination for families, groups of friends and couples. Comraich is a boutique self-catering cottage situated on the east coast of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides and is available for rent throughout the year. The renovated croft house has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

The rooms have been decorated in a modern style but still retain a cosy vibe. General facilities include:

• welcome hamper on arrival
• wireless broadband
• child friendly facilities where possible
• towels and linen for all guests
• large shower room
• organic and/or fairtrade products supplied where possible

No smoking or pets. (Sorry)

The living area

Is spacious with lounge seating for 6 guests.
Facilities include:

• multi-fuel stove (some fuel provided)
• TV and DVD player
• sound system with radio, cd player and i-pod dock
• variety of books and games
• Nintendo Wii console

The kitchen

Is fully equipped with a dining table seating 6 and provides access to the rear garden area. Sea views.
Facilities include:

• double size gas range cooker (electric oven)
• washing machine, fridge freezer
• plenty crockery, bakeware etc
• blender, food processer
• selection of cookery books
• highchair

The bedrooms

Are all double sized: two upstairs (including a twin) and one downstairs. Spacious and comfortably furnished with good quality bedding and contrasting soft furnishings. Sea views from the upstairs rooms.

• hairdryer
• complimentary toiletries

The garden

Surrounds the whole property and the rear garden provides views over to Broad Bay on the nearby coast.
